Support the holistic assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care for patients referred to the Wirral Integrated Respiratory Service Practice autonomously and demonstrate evidence based decision making Provide expert advice and clinical practice across all areas of the service Develop advanced clinical skills in history taking, clinical examination and assessment Participate in pulmonary rehabilitation programmes providing expert advice to patients Participate in the education and development of other staff members. Work collaboratively and cooperatively with clinical colleagues to develop services and quality of care delivered. Ensure the COPD/Oxygen Pathway is implemented for all relevant patients following assessment.
