Looking for an opportunity where you can build on your conveyancing experience, gain valuable exposure within a busy legal environment, and be part of a supportive team? This role offers the chance to further develop your skills while working closely with an experienced conveyancing department in a professional, client-focused office.

In the Legal Secretary (Conveyancing) role, you will be:

• Providing full secretarial support to the conveyancing team, preparing legal documents and correspondence
• Handling audio typing and document formatting, managing diaries, appointments, and case files
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, and third parties

• Supporting the progression of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion

To be successful, you will need:

• Previous experience as a Legal Secretary within conveyancing

• Strong audio typing and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail and organisation
• Confident communication skills and a professional manner with clients
• Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively

This is a temporary long-term opportunity, working full-time hours and based in offices within the Llandudno area. Salary is dependent on experience, starting from £12.21 per hour.
