About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and organised Site Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day running of our site. The role will ensure that the site operates safely, efficiently, and in line with organisational policies and service standards.
You will act as the key point of contact for onsite activity, supporting the delivery of facilities, health and safety compliance, contractor management, and general site coordination.
Key Responsibilities
-Manage the daily operations of the site to ensure a safe and effective working environment.
-Oversee planned and reactive maintenance activities, working closely with internal teams and external contractors.
-Ensure all health, safety, and security procedures are followed and correctly documented.
-Monitor the condition of the site and escalate issues as required.
-Support the coordination of onsite projects, moves, and operational changes.
-Liaise with stakeholders to resolve site-related queries and maintain a positive customer experience.
-Maintain accurate records, logs, and reports relating to site operations and compliance.
Essential Skills & Experience
-Experience in facilities, site management, or a similar operational role.
-Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
-Ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders.
-Basic understanding of health and safety requirements.
-Ability to prioritise workloads in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable
-Experience working with contractors or suppliers.
-Knowledge of compliance standards or building management.
-Relevant qualification in facilities management or health & safety (e.g., IOSH, NEBOSH).
