We’re looking for a part time (15 hours per week) Business Services Co-ordinator to join the team at Knightshayes & East Devon. We’re flexible over when these hours are worked but ideally over four days a week.

What it's like to work here
Reporting to the Facilities & Support Services Manager, and working closely with the General Manager, you’ll be part of a friendly team based at Knightshayes, in Tiverton. You will assist colleagues across our entire property group which extends from Tiverton in Mid Devon south to Exmouth and across to the Dorset border.

It’s an exciting time to join the team as we’re focused on growing our business and improving the services we offer our visitors and colleagues.

Our sites are busy and varied. Our friendly, outgoing teams are passionate about the work we do to conserve these special places and to share the stories with a wide range of visitors. We’re looking for someone to work with us who is enthusiastic, flexible, enjoys variety and a team player.

What you'll be doing
Generally, you’ll be supporting day-to-day operations, and being the first person that people see when they come into the office. We’re looking for someone who is highly organised, and with great attention to detail - your advice and experience will be sought after by others beyond the office team.

You’ll be a champion of best practice when it comes to business support and will confidently challenge the status quo when you think there’s a better way of doing something. You’ll be responsible for accurate record keeping and data management, and financial management including banking. Based at Knightshayes you will support the wider property group leadership team who also look after A la Ronde, Branscombe, Old Blundell’s and our Mid and East Devon Countryside properties.
