Summary
The Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences is seeking a full-time IT Senior Technician in Glasgow (35 hrs/week), Delivering 2nd/3rd-line support in Windows 11 and macOS systems, with basic AD admin, Supporting IT/AV across staff, postgraduate and teaching spaces. You will require strong technical, problem solving and customer service skills.
