Role Description
A proactive Sales & Marketing and Growth Executive who will work closely with the management to help drive business growth by applying sales and marketing strategies. This is a hands-on role in building relationships, creating opportunities, generating leads, and supporting the commercial side of an emerging Tech company.
The employee will be involved in outreach, client engagement, marketing initiatives, and general business support — acting as a key player in pushing Immersionn’s presence and pipeline forward.


Key Responsibilities

- Sales & Business Development
.Plan and implement sales strategies tailored to target specific sectors
.Generate leads and prospects through research, outreach, and follow-up activities
.Identify and approach potential clients and partners
.Participate in the sales cycle, including lead qualification, proposal preparation, and support the preparation of proposals and client presentations with the management
.Constant outreach via LinkedIn, email, events, and networking
.Schedule and coordinate client demos
.Maintain and update sales pipelines and CRM tracking
.Be involved in day-to-day business activities as needed

- Marketing & Brand Enhancement
.Coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
.Develop social media and LinkedIn content
.Set up marketing campaigns and event promotions
.Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to support sales and marketing efforts.
.Regular reporting on market research and competitor insights
