Branch Manager – Homecare / Complex Care
Location: Rochdale
Salary: £40,000 – £45,500
We are recruiting on behalf of an established, quality homecare / complex care provider in Greater Manchester, for an experienced Branch Manager to lead established homecare and complex care services in the Rochdale area.
This is an excellent opportunity for a strong operational leader who understands compliance, growth, and delivering outstanding care. You will have full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the branch, ensuring safe, compliant and high-quality care delivery.

The Branch Manager Role:
- Overall management of the branch and care services
- CQC compliance and Registration (where applicable)
- Leading, developing, and motivating the team
- Managing budgets, occupancy, and growth
- Maintaining strong relationships with commissioners and stakeholders
The ideal Branch Manager candidate:
- Proven experience as a Registered Manager or Branch Manager within homecare
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations
- Confident leader with excellent people management skills
- Commercially aware with a quality-driven approach
- Nurse qualification desirable
The Branch Manager package:
- Salary £40,000 – £45,500
- Additional £1,000 for nurse-qualified candidates
