Summary
Production Operatives Required
Location: Trentham Lakes (ST4)
Temporary
Role and key responsibilities for Production Operatives:
- Operate press machinery safely and efficiently under supervision
- Monitor machine operation and quality of products
- Assist with loading and unloading materials (manual handling as required)
- Maintain a clean and organised work area and follow health and safety procedures
- Record production data and report any faults or issues promptly
Minimum Requirements for Production Operatives:
- Working in a fast paced environment
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work safely around machinery and as part of a team
- Comfortable with manual handling and standing for periods (reasonable adjustments considered)
- Previous manufacturing or press machine experience is an advantage but not essential
Pay rate:£13.39 rising to £13.96 (after 12 weeks) per hour / PAYE, paid weekly
Statutory Deductions for TAX, NI and Pension if not opted out apply
Working hours: 36.5 Hours
Monday - Thursday: 06:00 to 14:00 / Friday 06:00 to 13:00
Rotating With
Monday - Thursday: 14:00 to 22:00 / Friday 13:00 to 20:00
