What you'll do
You’ll play a key role in developing the Everyday Banking product strategy, contributing to strategic thinking, financial analysis and scenario modelling, and product design. You’ll help craft clear, compelling strategic narratives that support senior‑level decision‑making and shape the future direction of current accounts and savings products at NatWest Group.
You’ll also be:

The skills you'll need
To succeed in this role, you’ll be a proactive self-starter with a strong commercial drive and a strategic, customer-focused mindset. You’ll have a clear understanding of the opportunities and threats facing the financial services industry and be comfortable working with ambiguity in fast-paced environments.
You’ll also be expected to have:
- Experience in strategy or commercially focused analytical roles, ideally within consultancy, banking, or financial services
- A solid understanding of key income drivers, balance sheet mechanics, and how products deliver financial performance
- Strong Excel or spreadsheet skills for analysis and modelling
- Experience creating clear, professional presentations in PowerPoint
- The ability to connect detailed analysis to strategic objectives and business outcomes
- Well‑developed leadership and stakeholder‑management skills, with the confidence to influence across teams
