Summary

Please note - the salary advertised here is FTE - we are looking for an organised and proactive Property Secretary & Administrator to join our team for a total of 24 hours per week as part of a job share. Our succesful candidate will be expected to work alongside our property team at our Head Office facility in St Austell every Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

This is a varied, fast-paced role suited to someone who is highly organised, detail-focused and confident managing multiple priorities. Reporting to the Property Director, you’ll provide day-to-day diary management and secretarial support, alongside administrative coordination for the wider Property Team.

You’ll organise meetings (agendas, bookings, minutes and actions), maintain accurate trackers and reports, and support project administration. Working closely with Property Maintenance Managers and Capex Project Owners, you’ll help coordinate audits, schedules and order numbers, ensuring processes are followed and documentation is accurate and up to date. You’ll also provide occasional support to Property Coordinators, helping maintain smooth office and telephone activity.

About You:

· Experience in a similar administrative or secretarial role.

· Strong Microsoft Office skills.

· Accurate and confident minute taker.

· Excellent written communication.

· Highly organised with strong attention to detail.

· Proactive, self-motivated and comfortable working to deadlines.

· Positive relationship builder and team player.
