What skills and experience we're looking for
Is a practicing Catholic or a person who is sympathetic to the mission & ethos of the Catholic Church
Is able to work closely with the SENCO & Class Teacher whilst supporting pupils in the Nurture Suite
Is proactive and committed to adapting learning to suit the needs of individual children
Is an excellent role model who can lead, inspire and motivate children
Has nurturing skills to work closely with some of our most vulnerable children with additional needs
Is able to supervise children in the playground at breaktime/lunchtime, or during wet play and monitor thesafety and suitability of activities
