We are seeking an outstanding Headteacher with ambition, experience and enthusiasm to lead our vibrant school. This is an exciting time for a candidate with the skills and vision to build on our successes and make a great school even greater.

Our vision is to provide high quality education based on Catholic Christian values in an environment where each day we aim for every child to be the best person they can be.

We are looking for a highly motivated and inspirational leader who:

• Is a practising Catholic involved in their parish community
• Has a minimum of 2 years recent experience in senior leadership and strategic planning
• Has the vision to build a new school
• Is dedicated to continuous school improvement
• Has knowledge of high-quality teaching across the relevant key stages
• Has a clear understanding of safeguarding responsibilities
• Has sound financial literacy and strategic financial planning
• Is an excellent communicator who builds strong relationships with all those in the community
