As Assistant Principal, you will be a key member of our senior leadership team. You will work closely with the Principal to drive school improvement, enhance educational standards, and nurture a positive, inclusive culture where every student can flourish.
Key Responsibilities:
• Co-lead curriculum design and implementation across all year groups
• Oversee teaching quality and professional development
• Monitor student progress and attainment; implement targeted support strategies
• Champion pastoral care, safeguarding, and behaviour management systems
• Promote outstanding inclusion: SEND, Pupil Premium, EAL provision
• Collaborate in performance management, recruitment, and staff retention
• Foster strong community and parental engagement
