Morgan Hunt are working with a public sector organisation to recruit a Customer Service Officer on a short term contract in their Edinburgh office. The main focus of the position is to respond to customer queries by phone, email and letter.
Responsibilities Include:
- Managing responses to to customer enquiries and provide useful information
- Work with colleagues to research appropriate responses to queries
- Log and monitor enquiries and maintain a database of responses
- Participating in opportunities to communicate within organisation wide meetings
Skills Required:
- Willing to work flexibly with team members
- Ensure confidentiality is respected
- Comfortable making use of technology for tasks
£21.33 per hour
Edinburgh office (Hybrid working)
Contract until mid May 2026
