The OpportunityAre you a Senior Engineer or current Supervisor looking to take the next step in your career with a global leader in facilities management?
We are seeking a Mobile M&E Supervisor to lead a team of multi-skilled engineers across a high-profile regional portfolio. This role is designed for a technical expert who excels in "leading from the front," balancing hands-on technical support with high-level contract management and team development.
You will be the primary technical authority for your region, ensuring that our commercial clients receive a seamless, compliant, and efficient maintenance service.
The RoleAs a Mobile M&E Supervisor, you will oversee the delivery of building services maintenance across a diverse range of commercial assets. You will be responsible for the technical performance of your team and the commercial success of the regional contract.
Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a mobile team of Mechanical and Electrical engineers, providing technical guidance, conducting performance reviews, and identifying training needs.

Service Delivery: Oversee the execution of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs, ensuring all works are completed within contractual KPIs and SLAs.

Commercial Support: Identify opportunities for "extra works," providing technical specifications and accurate quotes to the client to drive portfolio growth.

Compliance & Safety: Conduct regular site audits, review RAMS, and issue Permits to Work for high-risk activities. Ensure all site logbooks and CAFM records are audit-ready.

Client Relationship Management: Act as the first point of escalation for the client, attending regular progress meetings and providing technical solutions to complex infrastructure challenges.

Subcontractor Management: Procure and oversee specialist vendors, ensuring their work aligns with our safety standards and technical requirements.
We are looking for a professional who combines deep technical knowledge with strong commercial acumen and leadership skills.
Technical Requirements:

Qualifications: Minimum NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in an Mechanical or HVAC discipline.

Experience: Proven experience in a supervisory or "Lead Engineer" capacity within a mobile commercial environment.

Driving License: A full, clean UK driving license is essential.

Commercial Mindset: Experience in quoting for works and managing small-to-medium M&E projects.
