Your new company
A busy Primary School based in North Birmingham is looking for an Attendance Administrator. The cover is Monday to Friday, term time only, 8 am - 4 pm. The role is a long term role with potential permanent opportunities for the right to candidate.
Your new role
The school are looking for an Attendance Administrator to join their dynamic team and play a key role in ensuring accurate attendance records and seamless day-to-day operations. The role will entail:
- Monitoring and updating daily attendance records with precision
- Liaising with staff, students, and parents to resolve attendance queries
- Generating reports and analysing attendance trends
- Supporting safeguarding procedures through timely data management
- Collaborating with other departments to maintain compliance and consistency
Please note the school will only consider applicants with school experience.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have strong administrative skills and a keen eye for detail with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. You will have proficiency in Microsoft Office and database systems with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
