Are you a calm communicator who loves turning customer challenges into great experiences?
We're looking for a Customer Experience Agent to join a great company in the residential services sector. This temporary role pays £13.45/hour and offers flexible working options - remote, hybrid, or office-based.
As a Customer Experience Agent, you'll join a supportive, people-focused team dedicated to delivering outstanding service to residential customers. If you're calm under pressure, love problem-solving, and enjoy helping people, this could be the perfect fit for you.
This is a temporary role covering two periods:
- 16 March - 26 April 2026 (6 weeks)
- 17 August - 1 November 2026 (11 weeks)
What will you be doing as a Customer Experience Agent?
- Handling inbound calls from residential customers
- Resolving customer queries
- Managing complaints with patience and empathy.
- Taking ownership of each call, aiming to find solutions quickly - or escalate when needed

Whether your previous role has been in Customer Support / Customer Care / Complaints Handling , we'd love to hear from you!
You'll bring:
- Previous experience in customer service, contact centre, call handling
- A positive attitude and professional manner - especially under pressure
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- The ability to explain information clearly and calmly to customers
- Confidence in using systems and multitasking during calls
