We’re looking for a highly organised, proactive Property Services Officer to support the smooth running, compliance and performance of our College estate. You’ll be part of a supportive, forward-thinking team, helping shape estates processes and delivering meaningful improvements across the College.

About the Role
You will play a key part in managing estates data, coordinating contractors, and supporting compliance, procurement and project delivery. Day-to-day, you’ll:
· Maintain contract records, compliance documentation and CAFM data
· Produce performance and compliance reports
· Liaise with contractors, suppliers and internal teams
· Raise POs, approve invoices and support budget tracking
· Assist with property matters including leases, business rates and insurance claims
· Provide high-level administrative support including reports, dashboards and minutes
· Oversee fleet administration and ensure audit-ready records

About You
You will be:
· Highly organised, proactive and confident working independently
· Experienced in administration within a busy or multi-site environment
· Skilled in data analysis and reporting
· An excellent communicator across all levels
· Digitally confident with strong IT skills
· Committed to high standards, EDI, Safeguarding and continuous improvement
