We are seeking an experienced and confident Front of House Supervisor to support the day-to-day running of the guest experience at this exclusive Highlands property.
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a small luxury environment, understands refined yet warm hospitality, and leads by example on the floor.
The Role
Reporting to senior management, you will oversee daily front of house operations, ensuring exceptional service standards are consistently delivered across restaurant, bar, and guest areas.
Key Responsibilities:
-Supervising and motivating the front of house team
-Leading service during breakfast, lunch, and dinner
-Ensuring guest satisfaction and handling feedback professionally
-Supporting training and development of team members
-Managing service standards, presentation, and attention to detail
-Assisting with stock control and operational organisation
-This is a visible, guest-facing leadership position requiring confidence, composure, and strong communication skills.
Candidate Profile
-Previous supervisory experience in a quality hotel or fine dining environment
-Strong food and beverage knowledge
-Natural leadership ability with a hands-on approach
-Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
-Ability to thrive in a rural, small-team setting
-Full UK driving licence preferred due to location
