Thorn Baker Industrial Recruitment are currently working with a successful client in the Langar area of Nottingham (NG13) that is rapidly expanding to recruit an experienced Class 2 driver with a warehousing background. This is a temporary to permanent position with chance for progression.
About our Client:
Our client is a long established, family run company situated just outside Nottingham in Langar area. The combination of high quality, keenly priced products and traditional values lies at the heart of our clients success and we take pride in delivering a professional, super-efficient, yet friendly service to all of our customers. They are expanding and due to their success will be opening more warehouses and stores overseas.
Highlights and Benefits:
• Monday to Friday
• Day shift - 6:30am - 15:00pm
• On the job training given
• Weekly pay whilst with the agency
• Overtime available at a premium rate
• Temporary to permanent placement for the right candidate
• Overtime available
Duties include:
• Driving all Fleet of Vehicles (Class 2, 7.5 Tonne and 3.5 Tonne)
• Delivery of items to customers
• This role may involve over night stops in the cab - £40 allowance given
• Customer service and interaction
• Sales aspect to the role as you represent the company
• Quality checking
• General Warehouse Duties as and when
Essential
• Digi Taco
• Valid CPC
• Happy to do over night stops in the cab
