Requirements:
- Ability to build and true wheels accurately and efficiently
- Confidence using workshop tools and diagnostic equipment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Cytech certification
- Previous experience in a similar role is highly advantageous
Responsibilities:
- As an E-bike Wheel Specialist, you will:
- Build and true e-bike wheels to manufacturer specifications
- Inspect, diagnose, and ensure wheel quality meets safety standards
- Keep accurate records of completed work and parts used
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workshop environment
- Support general workshop duties where required
