Juice Hospitality are seeking a talented and passionate Pastry Chef to join the kitchen team at this unique luxury Highlands venue.
This is an exciting opportunity for a creative pastry professional to take ownership of the pastry section within a refined, quality-driven kitchen environment.
The Role
As Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional desserts, breads, and pastry items that complement the venue’s high culinary standards.
Key Responsibilities:
-Leading the pastry section and managing daily production
-Designing and executing seasonal dessert menus
-Preparing breads, petit fours, afternoon tea items, and plated desserts
-Ensuring consistency, presentation, and quality control
-Managing stock, ordering, and minimising waste
-Maintaining hygiene and food safety standards in line with regulations
-Collaborating closely with the Head Chef and wider brigade
-This is a hands-on role suited to someone with creativity, technical precision, and a passion for premium ingredients.
Candidate Profile
-Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or strong Pastry Sous Chef in a quality-led kitchen
-Solid technical knowledge of modern and classical pastry techniques
