Crynodeb
We're looking for a Mobile Multiskilled Engineer to join our London Facilities team, to work on the Marsh McLennan contract covering the London Flagship office in Tower Hill and surrounding sites. You will be carrying out maintenance works such as PPM's, reactive maintenance and fault finding.
Job purpose
In your new role as a Multiskilled Engineer you will be responsible for the service, maintenance and repairs on installations such as plumbing and ventilation work on ventilation systems - (AHU, Intake / extract), heating and cooling systems (FCU's etc.) and water system assets, such as calorifiers, water heaters etc.
You would be predominantly based in Tower Hill whilst working across 4 other sites, all under the same account, located all within close proximity.
You will be expected to deliver to the highest level of service for the client, answering queries, reporting any defects and keeping then informed of site activities at the time of the service visit. You will also be required to complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time, keeping logs of inspection reports and remedial work.
You will play a vital role in insuring a safe, efficient and compliant operation of building systems across our corporate offices. This is a hands on position requiring strong background in both mechanical and electrical maintenance within a commercial environment.
We are looking for individuals with:
-Recognised engineering qualification (e.g., NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent)
-A strong background in facilities management or mobile maintenance
-Knowledge of health and safety standards with strong communication skills.
-Able to work independently and as part of a team with a customer focused approach.
-Experience with commercial building maintenance from a mechanical and electrical engineering perspective.
-A candidate must be willing to undergo a basic DBS Clearance which could take up to 1 month.
