SCHOOL CLEANING SUPERVISOR



Salary: £12.71 per hour



Working Hours: Permanent, Part Time, 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 3pm and 7pm



Location: Abbeyfield School, chippenham

About the role:

As a Cleaning supervisor, your responsibility will be to plan, supervise and control the day to day cleaning services. You will work closely with a team and strictly follow established standard operating procedures to consistently meet all service standards.



Responsibilities:

Lead, coach and monitor the cleaning services team.

Oversee shift and work patterns to meet fluctuating staff levels.

Respond to customer enquiries and complaints.

Support the team with cleaning duties where required.


Essential;

Previous cleaning and people management experience
Previous customer focused environment
COSHH Awareness


Desirable;

5 GCSEs or equivalent
Cleaning equipment and product awareness
Understanding of safety and sanitation standards and guidelines.
Extensive knowledge of successful cleaning crew management.
