Trainee Leisure Services Technician
Trainee Leisure Services Technician required for permanent role with leading leisure company based Nr Hadleigh, Suffolk. Working in some stunning locations at the top end of the market, the successful candidate will initially assist skilled engineers with varied duties including installing, servicing and repairing equipment and carrying out routine maintenance with the ultimate aim of becoming a fully skilled engineer. No previous specialist experience is required — full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
You will be trained to:
• Service and maintain equipment at customer sites
• Assist with installations and technical projects
• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs
• Test systems and ensure correct operation
• Work both independently and as part of a team
• Provide professional customer service
• This is a varied, hands-on role working at different customer locations.
Applicants will have:
• Practical and hands-on approach
• Strong work ethic and reliable attitude
• Willingness to learn new skills
• Good communication skills
• Able to work alone and within a team
• Full UK driving licence
• Experience in plumbing, maintenance, construction, mechanical or similar practical work is helpful but not essential.
Salary/Benefits
• Basic starting salary c£25K – £28K + Overtime
• Company van provided after training period

• Must be willing to work alternate Saturdays during summer (paid at time & ½)
