Luma Education Recruitment is seeking a professional and reliable Supply Teacher to join a leading secondary school in the Leicester area. This is an ongoing assignment offering a competitive daily rate depending on your experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver lessons and support student learning in the absence of the regular teacher.
Ensure all students are engaged and following the planned curriculum.
Maintain a safe and positive learning environment.
Support students with additional needs where required.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience or interest in working with secondary school students is advantageous.
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
Flexible, reliable, and professional approach.
Vetting & Safeguarding:
An enhanced DBS check is required prior to starting.
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
