Cosine are looking for a Regional Manager with experience of managing a team of Mystery Shoppers/Tactical team. You will coach and develop a team of Mystery Shoppers who will be visiting retailers operating the National Lottery to check that they comply with the requirements for the lottery being sold to people 18+.

£120.75 per day + business mileage + £500 completion bonus. Starting 16/03/2026 working on a Fixed term based, 4 days per week until on or before 30/10/2026.

Ideal location: Bath, United Kingdom, BA1

Territory covering: Southampton, Swindon, Bath, Bournemouth, Dorchester, Taunton, Exeter, Torquay, Plymouth, Truro, Oxford and surrounding areas

Cosine is working in partnership with Allwyn to conduct mystery shops for the National Lottery. The Purpose of this activity is to understand if the retailers are compliant with lottery being sold to over 18s only. The Regional Field Manager will support the team and may be required to travel in the field to cover calls, so being prepared to travel is essential.

The role:

As a Regional Manager you will deliver effective training solutions to ensure that staff are equipped with the knowledge and skill to complete their role. A key part of the role is to review, monitor and evaluate data captured by the team and work collaboratively to ensure that information is compliant. Performance management to ensure coverage is met is essential, so previous experience of working with target driven teams is ideal.

A successful candidate will:

  • Have proven experience of working with a target driven field team.
  • Be flexible, supporting all elements of the Regional Field Manager role - recruitment, delivering training and managing team performance.
  • Be able to understand and manage data and having Salesforce experience.
  • Have proven experience of working with all Micro soft office, including Excel, Powerpoint and Word.
  • Have experience of field accompaniments as a tool to manage the team.
  • Have a smart device and be able to download a reporting app.
  • Be available to work all dates detailed below.
