Summary
At Bromford, our purpose is to invest in homes and relationships so people can thrive. We believe every customer has a fundamental right to a home that is safe, secure, and warm, and we will never compromise on delivering homes that meet — and exceed — these standards.
We are looking to recruit two Healthy Homes Planners to join our team. In these roles, you will play a vital part in planning and scheduling all activities required for Healthy Homes Surveyors to deliver exceptional service. You will coordinate surveys, manage schedules, and ensure resources are in place so our surveyors can work efficiently and provide the best possible service to our customers.
Join Bromford, part of Bromford Flagship, and become part of a leading housing provider delivering community-focused services across the Midlands and Southwest — all backed by the scale and ambition of the Bromford Flagship group.
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking organised, proactive, and adaptable planners who can:
-
Monitor and arrange surveys promptly using CE daily reports.
-
Ensure surveyors’ diaries are fully booked 10 days in advance and that surveyors are productive, aiming for a target of 12 surveys per week.
-
Contact customers ahead of survey dates to confirm appointments.
-
Order any required pre-survey checks, such as asbestos surveys.
-
Raise and manage work orders in systems such as Total or EAM for both internal and subcontracted works.
-
Allocate jobs to surveyors and monitor progress.
-
Attend planning and progress meetings and support compliance with health and safety standards.
-
Liaise with internal teams (Call Centre, Neighbourhoods, Operations) to ensure smooth delivery of surveys.
-
Provide administrative and logistical support to the Healthy Homes Team Leader and wider team as required.
Closing date: 16th March 2026
We recommend applying early, as we may close this vacancy sooner if we receive a high number of applications.
