Wolfson College, University of Oxford, seeks to employ a friendly and reliable Lodge Receptionist.
The main purpose of the role is to work within a supportive team where colleagues demonstrate mutual respect and provide a professional high-quality customer service to students, fellows, visitors, contractors and staff and have consideration for one another. Duties include providing a friendly and professional welcome to visitors, responding to enquiries and requests, dealing with incoming and outgoing mail, carrying out H&S and security checks, and issuing keys
