Use advanced knowledge and skills in to undertake comprehensive clinical assessments, make decisions based on clinical reasoning and initiate, evaluate and modify a range of interventions Provide professional senior clinical leadership and support within the specialty multi professional team and across service boundaries Support the wider team to build capacity and capability through work-based and interprofessional learning, and the application of learning to practice. Act as a role model, educator, supervisor, coach and mentor Lead clinical audits and critically engage in research activity using the results to underpin own practice, inform the practice of others and make organisational recommendations
