PLEASE REFER TO THE ATTACHED JOB DESCRIPTION FOR FULL DUTIES OF THE JOB ROLE As a Senior Care Advocate, the post holder will provide supervision to the care advocates within the service, promoting a supportive environment for service users through high standards of care that will be conducive to the needs of the individuals, their carers and families. The post holder will ensure that each service user receives care appropriate to their individual needs and implement and exceed the requirements of the standards agreed, legislative requirements, and relevant regulations and in line with accepted best practices and company Policies. Please note the Trust are not able to offer Skilled Worker Sponsorship for this role as it does not meet the UKVI threshold requirements.
