Summary
Assist the Occupational Health (OH) Nurse Manager in the day to day management of the provision of occupational health services to customers coordinating services and acting up in their absence when necessary. Assist the OH Nurse Manager to ensure that the customers and clients receive an effective occupational health service. Meeting the needs of the customer whilst working within the boundaries of the service level agreement or contract and adopting a patient focused approach in service delivery. Demonstrate excellent personal communication. Establish and maintain effective two-way communication channels with individuals and groups. Demonstrate appropriate assertiveness and ability to challenge others with regard to ethical and legal issues affecting both the employer and employee.
