Operational Assistant
£29k per annum
Monday – Friday / 8:30am – 4:30pm or 9am – 5pm
Deeside

Our client based in the Deeside area is currently looking to recruit an Operational Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis.

Performance Objectives
• Support the preparation of booking-in reports and maintain accurate ERP data entries.
• Liaise with nationwide supply chain partners to help ensure efficient service delivery and alignment with customer expectations.
• Assist with order processing by supporting customers in placing orders and contributing to smooth service delivery.
• Support the compliance team in maintaining up-to-date compliance with key WEEE regulations and site permitting requirements.
• Provide general administrative support across the team and wider business, including keeping records up to date in the ERP system.

Person Specification
• Strong organisational and administrative skills with good attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable using ERP systems and handling basic data management tasks.
• Confident liaising with internal teams and external partners.
• Proactive, with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
• Knowledge of, or willingness to learn about, WEEE regulations is advantageous.
