Are you a Salesforce Administrator with a passion for driving impactful marketing campaigns and transforming data into powerful insights? We’re looking for an energetic, forward‑thinking individual to join our Marketing team and play a key role in shaping the future of our club’s marketing and sales success.
In this role, you’ll take ownership of the management of our Salesforce environment, technically owning the development of the platform, sending out marketing campaigns and supporting the sales team to ensure that leads and contacts are managed efficiently.
As part of a highly collaborative team, you will support the club’s data and marketing technology capabilities, driving sales lead management, marketing automation, sales process optimisation, and insightful reporting. Your work will directly support our sales and account management teams to achieve ambitious targets in the acquisition and retention of Hospitality and non‑matchday events.
What will you be doing?
• Continue the enhancement of the platform by gathering requirements, investigating and proposing solutions, integrating with new apps and collaborating with third parties.
• Salesforce configuration and maintenance including Flow, fields, page layouts, record types and custom settings.
• Be the first point of contact for all daily system admin, user and access management, telephony management, support and training for all users.
• Collaborate with the wider Customer Marketing team with the planning of campaigns and be responsible for segmenting campaign audiences, testing, execution, and post campaign analysis of all Salesforce email campaigns.
• Use of key technologies, such as marketing automation, to drive efficiency in the sales process ensuring the most effective leads are acquired and prioritised for direct contact by the Sales Team.
• Produce a range of dashboards, reports and insight using existing club and third-party data enrichment to ensure senior management and the Sales Team have the necessary information to drive business decisions.
• Manage data quality within Salesforce, keep a monthly tracker of data quality changes and identify and rectify issues.
• Work with the Hospitality and Legal teams to ensure all products and electronic contracts are created and maintained within Salesforce available for the sales team to send to clients.
• Work with the Senior Manager – Marketing Data Environments to use data to help shape the Hospitality and Events sales and service strategies set by the Sales Director.
Who are we looking for?
To succeed in this role, you’ll bring a strong track record as a Salesforce Administrator and, ideally, hold a Salesforce Administrator certification. You will have hands-on experience delivering marketing campaigns in a B2B or B2C environment and be highly numerate, with advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
With a logical and analytical mindset, you’ll be confident working with large datasets, able to manipulate, segment, analyse and translate complex information into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
You will have excellent organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to work accurately under pressure and to tight deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills are essential, and you’ll thrive in a fast-paced marketing and sales environment. You’ll be equally comfortable working collaboratively as part of a team or independently.
