ROLE: Trade Parts Manager
LOCATION: West London
SALARY: 35k basic, 40k ote + company car + benefits
HOURS: Monday to Friday 8.00 – 6.00
As the Trade Parts Manager will oversee B2B sales operations of our clients parts department, focusing on supplying external businesses such as independent garages, body shops, and fleet operators.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute plans to grow trade sales revenue and meet monthly/yearly profitability targets
• Identify new sales opportunities and manage relationships with a dedicated portfolio of trade accounts.
• Train, and mentor the Trade parts staff, including Parts Advisors and delivery drivers.
• Set departmental KPIs and conduct performance reviews to ensure high productivity.
• Establish pricing structures that balance volume sales with profit margins.
• Maintain a customer-centric culture, handling complex technical inquiries and resolving supply chain issues to ensure high client retention.
• Maintain a healthy relationship with the manufacturers trade team, by arranging regular updates, meetings with our area representative and participating in all approved campaigns.
About you:
• 3–5 years in automotive parts operations with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Proficiency in Key loop (CDK) Drive and electronic parts catalogues (EPCs).
• Advanced negotiation, strategic thinking, and the ability to work under high pressure in fast-paced environments.
• Valid driver’s license is essential for visiting trade customers or overseeing parts delivery logistics.
