Driver/Labourer
We are currently looking for a Driver/Labourer to join Teal Scaffold at The Sovini Group.

This position is a permanent opportunity
As a Driver/Labourer, you will be expected to:
To assist the scaffold team in erection and dismantling of all scaffold operations, including complex design structures - proprietary scaffold systems.
Carry out scaffolding duties and tasks competently and safely in accordance with all applicable legislation.
To be successful in a Driver/Labourer role, the skills you will need:
• Ability to assist in the ‘erect and dismantle’ of scaffold in a safe compliant manner.
• Experience working in a scaffold business.
• Experience of working on various site types.
• Ability to labour on both Tube and Fit & PASMA Scaffolders.
• Effective communication at all levels in the business.
• Excellent understanding of the vision for Teal Scaffold as communicated through the Sovini Group.
• Commitment to customer care and the provision of a high-quality service.
• A high level of self-motivation and enthusiasm.
• Excellent communication skills, able to communicate across multiple channels including Microsoft Teams, Face to Face and Email
• To demonstrate The Sovini Group’s values in your day-to-day job role – Success, Passion, Authenticity, Courage, Enterprise.
• Driving license held for a minimum of 12 months plus class 1 to drive a 7.5 tonne vehicle
Experience or Knowledge of the below would be advantageous but not essential:
• CISRS or CSCS card
• PASMA U card
• Basic financial understanding of key targets for your team on a daily and weekly basis
