**The Role**
Were looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate **Care Assistant** to join our night team, working **36 hours per week** .
Youll support residents health, wellbeing and happiness throughout the night, helping them feel comfortable, secure and cared for. If youre the kind of person who notices the small things and takes pride in making someone smile, youll fit right in.
There may also be opportunities to work occasional day shifts if that suits you. If youre newer to care, some of your initial training may take place during daytime hours.
**What Youll Be Doing**
* Supporting residents with their night-time routines
* Assisting with personal care and dressing
* Responding promptly to call bells
* Serving freshly prepared food
* Keeping residents rooms tidy and comfortable
* Completing accurate documentation
* Working closely with colleagues to provide consistent, person-centred care
**What Were Looking For**
Youll be:
* Kind, dependable and genuinely caring
* A strong communicator with good spoken and written English
* Organised, methodical and attentive to detail
* A team player who supports colleagues
* Professional, positive and passionate about care
Experience is helpful, but what matters most is your attitude and commitment to providing dignified, person-centred support.
