Are you an experienced Health Care Assistant and have the experience of working with children or young people in a healthcare environment?
If the answer is yes and you are looking for a new challenge, we have the job for you! An exciting opportunity has arisen for you to join us on the PANDA Unit. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, friendly, and enthusiastic, possessing good communication skills and be able to work within a team setting.
On the PANDA unit we are a dedicated team who provide excellent treatment and care for unwell children and Young People in the Emergency Department at Salford Care Organisation.
We are passionate about delivering safe, clean and personal care for the patient and their family as well as ensuring a positive work environment where staff can thrive.
You will assist clinical and nursing staff to deliver timely high-quality care in line with Trust Values, providing patient care according to the individual patient’s needs.
• Assisting with procedures after appropriate training.
• To work effectively as part of a team
• Develop own skills and knowledge and provide information to others to help their development.
