Our client is looking for a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join their dementia specialised nursing home. The ideal candidate will be a qualified Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with a passion for providing exceptional care. What You’ll Need

What You’ll Do
- Lead the clinical care delivery for residents on day shifts
- Administer and manage medications in line with NMC guidelines
- Assess, plan, and review care for older adults, including dementia care
- Supervise and support care staff during the shift
- Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure regulatory compliance
- Liaise with GPs, families, and external professionals as required
