You’ll take ownership of your patch, champion our portfolio, and work collaboratively with partners to drive sustainable growth, all while embodying our ten key principles.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Grow distribution, volume, profitability, and brand experience across a portfolio of On-Trade accounts.
Own your aligned territory with the autonomy to drive results and leave a lasting impact on share, volume, and commercial performance.
Retain and grow AB InBev share and sales within Regional & National Wholesale Partners and Pub Companies.
Develop expertise in the brewing process, beer types, handling, tasting, and serving to elevate brand presence and enhance both customer and consumer experience.
Take ownership of annual customer planning, promotional evaluation, and territory budgeting.
Build strong relationships with Regional Sales Managers, key customers, and consumer groups to support business growth.
Execute call cycles, maintain accurate administrative records, and stay up-to-date on product knowledge within the category.
Connect and collaborate with sales professionals across the wider AB InBev network.
Who we’re looking for:
Passionate about beer, food, and hospitality, with experience in the industry (bar work, service, or similar) highly valued.
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Analytical thinker with strong business acumen and the ability to make data-informed decisions.
Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and follow-up skills.
Enthusiastic, motivated, and driven to make a tangible impact.
Ambitious, resilient, and persistent in achieving goals.
Comfortable using digital tools and software, including Excel and PowerPoint.
Flexible to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, to support key business periods.
