The Person:
- Leadership skills
- Previous bar experience
- Enjoys working as part of a team
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
- Good knowledge of beers, wines, spirits, and cocktails
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
The Role:
- Supervise bar staff and ensure smooth daily operations
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, stock management, and drink presentation
- Assist in training, mentoring, and scheduling bar staff
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Support with stock control, ordering, and inventory checks
- Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health and safety, and company policies
- Assist Food and Beverage management with achieving financial targets
