Crynodeb
To work within the Learning Disability care hub as member of the Childrens Learning Disability Team in Bury. The post holder will provide specialist health and behaviour assessments to children and young people with a learning disability who are referred in to the team. Interventions will be delivered across different settings including the persons home. There will be a requirement to liaise with and work collaboratively with partners and stakeholders to ensure responsive, effective, safe and child centred services are delivered.
