Work as part of an integrated radiotherapy team to drive operational, technical and clinical excellence across all treatment platforms. Deliver high-quality, safe and efficient patient management, contributing to exceptional patient outcomes. Support the development and implementation of protocols, clinical research activity and clinical trials across multiple radiotherapy platforms. Participate in quality assurance, pre-treatment simulation, on-treatment imaging, dosimetry review and treatment delivery. Promote a holistic, compassionate approach to patient care. Build strong working relationships with clinical and non-clinical colleagues to support the smooth running of the service. Contribute to continuous quality improvement and process innovation. Act as an ambassador for GenesisCare, reflecting our values and commitment to excellence.
