About the Role
Leweston School is excited to welcome a full‑time Apprentice Early Years Practitioner to our vibrant and nurturing Nursery. We care for children aged 0–4 and pride ourselves on offering a warm, joyful, and supportive environment where both children and staff can thrive.
This apprenticeship is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic, caring, and passionate about developing a career in Early Years. No prior childcare experience is needed — just a genuine interest in the EYFS and a commitment to learning. Your childcare qualification will be fully supported and funded by the school.

Key Responsibilities
• Support the creation of a nurturing, stimulating learning environment
• Assist with day‑to‑day care and educational activities for children aged 0–4
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
• Contribute to planning and delivering engaging experiences in line with the EYFS
• Demonstrate reliability, good communication skills, and a willingness to learn
About the Apprenticeship
• Full‑time role with working hours agreed with the Nursery Manager
• One college day per week included within your contracted hours
• Full support to achieve your childcare qualification
• No previous experience required
