Crynodeb
We are seeking a driven, results-oriented Internal Sales Representative to generate revenue by selling our services via phone and email while proactively identifying new business opportunities. This is a commission-only position.
We provide photobooths, garden games, arcade machines and much more for coporate events, weddings, parties etc. We obtain leads via our website and social media channels. We requrie somone to contact the leads, explain our product range and services, each successful sale we would pay commision.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients
Respond to inbound inquiries via phone and email
Identify new sales opportunities through research, lead follow-ups, and market analysis
Qualify prospects and convert leads into paying customers
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline progress

Following up on warm and cold contacts
Sending tailored email proposals
Closing deals over the phone
Identifying upales
Requirements
Proven phone sales experience (inside sales preferred)
Strong phone presence and written communication skills
Self-motivated and target-driven
Comfortable working on a commission-only structure
Ability to identify customer needs and provide solutions
Basic email proficiency
