We are seeking a driven, results-oriented Internal Sales Representative to generate revenue by selling our services via phone and email while proactively identifying new business opportunities. This is a commission-only position designed for a highly motivated sales professional who thrives on performance-based earnings.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients
Respond to inbound inquiries via phone and email
Identify new sales opportunities through research, lead follow-ups, and market analysis
Qualify prospects and convert leads into paying customers
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline progress

Sending tailored email proposals
Closing deals over the phone

Requirements
Proven phone sales experience (inside sales preferred)
Strong phone presence and written communication skills
Self-motivated and target-driven
Comfortable working on a commission-only structure
Ability to identify customer needs and provide solutions
Basic email proficiency
