Summary
Head Chef – Raynesway Atlantic Neptune Restaurant
Pay: £16.02 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 06:00 – 14:30
We are looking for a highly organised and experienced Head Chef to lead catering operations at Atlantic House — a high-volume kitchen responsible for feeding two additional satellite restaurants.
This is a fast-paced environment where you and your team will deliver high-quality food to up to 1,000 customers per day. Strong leadership, structure, and operational control are essential for success in this role.
Service TimesBreakfast: 07:00 – 10:00
Lunch: 11:30 – 13:30
Leading a team of 5 kitchen staff
Responsible for food production supporting two satellite restaurants
Lead and manage daily kitchen operations in a high-volume environment
Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality food across all service points
Maintain strong organisation and workflow across the kitchen
Manage and support your team to deliver efficient service
Oversee food production for Atlantic House and satellite restaurants
Maintain food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards
Manage stock control, ordering, and waste management
Ensure smooth service delivery for up to 1,000 customers daily
Proven experience in a similar Head Chef or senior kitchen leadership role
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage high-volume service
Experience managing and motivating a team
Calm, structured, and solutions-focused under pressure
Passionate about delivering quality food at scale
