Our partner is a well-established alternative provision in the heart of Enfield, seeking a dedicated Male Learning Mentor / SEN Teaching Assistant to join their supportive team. This is a permanent role with scope to take on additional responsibilities as you grow within the school.
You will work with small classes of up to 8 students aged 7-11, supporting pupils who are at risk of permanent exclusion and often present with social, emotional, or mental health (SEMH) needs. Working closely with the class teacher, you will help manage behaviour, provide targeted support, and encourage positive engagement in learning.
