About The Role
Are you a detail-driven Coordinator with a passion for customer service and supporting building projects? LiveWest is seeking a proactive and organised individual to join our Building Surveying team as a Coordinator. This is your opportunity to play a vital role in ensuring our surveying operations run smoothly and efficiently.
As a key member of our Building Surveying team, you’ll be at the heart of our property maintenance and improvement processes, helping to deliver excellent service to our customers and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:

- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Building Surveying team.

- Assist with scheduling surveys, inspections, and appointments.

- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all surveying activities.

- Liaise with internal departments and external contractors to coordinate works.

- Support the team in preparing reports and tracking project progress.

- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company policies.

- Respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally.

This role is offered on a full-time, Fixed term until October 2026, working 37 hours per week. The position is hybrid with 2-3 days at our Weston-Super-Mare office.

About The Candidate
About the Candidate:
To be successful in your application for the role of Coordinator - Surveying, you will have the essential skills and experience for a level 1 role (please see candidate information pack) and the following role specific skills and experience:

- Excellent administrative skills.

- Strong attention to detail.

- Experience in data entry and record keeping.

- Customer service experience.

- Confident verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to have open conversations with customers and colleagues about surveying and property access.

- Experience using IT software, including MS Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
