The salary on offer for this Trade Parts Manager is £35,000 with an OTE of £40,000.
Benefits:
- £35,000 Basic Salary / £40,000 OTE
- Monday To Friday 8am - 6pm
- NO Weekends
- Main Car Dealership Trade Parts Environment
- Previous Automotive Trade Parts Experience Required
- 22 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays Rising With Service, Discounts On Car Servicing, Lease Scheme
- Company Vehicle Included
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in automotive parts operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Managing the sourcing and supply of vehicle parts
- Achieving Parts Sales Volumes and profit objectives
- Motivating and developing the Parts Team
- Strong Interpersonal Skills
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to grow trade sales and meet profitability targets
- Manage a dedicated portfolio of trade accounts including garages, body shops, and fleet operators
- Lead, train, and motivate parts staff, including Parts Advisors and delivery drivers
- Establish pricing structures that optimise margins while maintaining competitive volume sales
- Handle complex technical customer inquiries with a customer-focused approach
