We have a position open for a shop assistant in our lovely new visitor centre just outside Fort William.
Two roles:
A 14-month maternity cover position with a minimum of 20 hours with more in summer and covering holidays. The person will be a key member of the team, with their role including making bars of soap in the shop, processing deliveries and serving customers. There is a potential for this role to be extended for summer 2027 and possibly permenantly.
And:
A summer temp position for someone with strong customer service skills and who is a strong learner. April-October.

We are a small, family-owned business that manufactures organic and natural skincare products, from soap to lotions, just outside Fort William. We are looking to employ hard-working, confident people to continue our great customer service. This post will require the personality to engage pro-actively with customers, a friendly manner and the ability to quickly build trust.
Sales assistants:
· Convey our story, brand values and health benefits to customers
· Explain our products, ingredients and manufacturing process
· Finish the manufacturing process in between sales
· Ensure that stock is replenished
· Key holder
· Weekend work and early evenings during the summer
· We pay £12.60/hr, with opportunity for advancement. We have 75 staff across are head office, cafe, 6 stores, sales, exports and manufacturing so there is room to grow.
Applicants should:
· Have prior customer service experience
· Be friendly, engaging and able to work well in a team
· Be excited about the prospect of making our shop a success
· Be interested in cosmetics, skincare and our products
